If you're finding it difficult to manage the amount of time or money you're spending gambling, UPC encourages you to Take a Break. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the "Take a Break" section in your account settings.
   
   
2. Choose the duration of your break:
   • Options range from 1 day to 6 days
   • Select your preferred end date from the dropdown menu
     
     
3. Click "Submit Take a Break" to confirm your choice.
   
   

Important notes:

• After submitting a Take a Break request, you will immediately be logged out of your account.
  
  
• Once submitted, a Take a Break request cannot be revoked.
  
  
• You will regain access to your account at 12:01am on the date specified in your Take a Break Request.
  
  
• Taking a Break from your UPC Showdown account does not affect your UPCOZ Betting Account. To take a break from your UPCOZ Betting Account, you must set that separately within the UPCOZ Betting Account.
